Heidi is a Principal and Director of the firm and manages the firm’s Sydney team.

Heidi has over 20 years experience with Anisimoff Legal and is an expert in all aspects of law relating to the advertising, marketing and media industries. She gives commercial advice and strategic guidance to businesses, in-house counsel and advertising and media agencies.

Her specialties include advertising clearance and advice, commercial contracts across all aspects of advertising, media and business, intellectual property, consumer law, privacy, social media, digital, commercial leasing and food regulatory advice.

Heidi presents on advertising law at MCLE education events for lawyers, has taught advertising and intellectual property law at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and the Enmore College of Design. Heidi regularly speaks at advertising events and in-house training seminars for clients.

Heidi has been with the firm since 1999 and has been a Principal since 2009. Heidi has a Bachelor of Laws degree from UTS, (honours) and a Master of Laws degree from UNSW specialising in Communications, Media and IT.
