Bianca Lopez

Senior Associate

Bianca joined the Anisimoff Legal team in 2022.

Bianca practices across all areas of the firm, with a particular focus on agency agreements, media, talent and other commercial contracts and intellectual property matters. She also has a strong background in advertising and marketing campaign clearances and advises on corporate and M&A matters, including share and asset sales and shareholder agreements. Bianca strives to work collaboratively with clients to provide practical and commercially sound legal advice.

Bianca holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Masters of Commercial Law from The University of Melbourne, and is an officer of the Supreme Court of Victoria and admitted to practice as an Australian lawyer.
