Our standard service offering includes (as one of our payment options) paying some client’s permit application/IP Australia application fees (“official filing fees”) on their behalf. With the current economic climate, we have made the decision that moving forward all official filing fees will now be required to be paid as follows:

DIRECT CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

(i.e. We will contact you at the time of submitting the filing/s to obtain your credit card details in order to proceed with the filings)
At the time of lodgement of the filings, you will be contacted by a member of our team and we will pay for the official fees via your credit card directly.  Receipts for each submission will be sent to you as soon as the lodgement has taken place.  No processing / handling charges will be incurred if this method is used.
